Education and Early Career Experience
In 1991, Kelly Huang earned a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He was then accepted to the Albany Law School of Union University, which is hailed as the state of New York’s oldest American Bar Association-accredited law school. In 1994, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the school, and in 1995 Mr. Huang was admitted to the Bar in New York.
While completing his J.D. at the Albany Law School, Mr. Huang worked as a legal intern for two courts, the New York State Supreme Court and the United States Magistrate Court. His experience as an intern for these two courts would prove invaluable in his career, including his work as a private attorney. Immediately after completing his J.D., Kelly went to work as an associate of a New York-area law firm, giving him experience in working a wide variety of cases.
In 1998, Mr. Huang was first admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He also became a member of the Florida Bar that same year. From 1996 to 2001, he also gained experience as an associate attorney for a prominent insurance defense firm, which would again prove beneficial for his later private practice.

Transition to Personal Injury Law
In 2001, bringing together his vast experiences in many areas of the legal profession, Kelly Huang transitioned to the field of personal injury law. This area suited his natural talents and interests, giving him the chance to represent those who had received injuries through no fault of their own.
